Obviously my first choice is either DH or I. Thats not possible. My next choice is either a daycare or a nanny. I have heard too many stories about people whose moms or MIL or family members take care of their children and don't have anything good to say or it hurts their relationship. I would rather have grandmas just be grandma. Obviously this is for ongoing. I am not against letting my parents or dh's babysit, but not on an ongoing basis! JMO
