Lower Back Pain Help!!
Ok, so yesterday my lower back was killing me all day. I did a lot of manual stuff this weekend, then I sit at work and lied down on my horrible couch.
Can I use a heating pad to alleviate the pain?

definitely!! heating pads and massages are the only things that help me!

I highly recommend heating pads. I also like the Therma Care patches. They work well also.

I was told NO heating pads. It is best to check with your dr.

check w/ your doc, I was told no heating pads, and to take tylenol if unbearable
