Meeting a Pediatrician tonight...
whoooohooo other than the millions of website questions you can get..
Anyone have anything they can think of?
Important to me: Immunizations DELAYED Hours Hospital Drugs (over use or do we have a say)
I've sorta met her before in a public forum.. she's young but not EXTRA young and very bright, easy to understand, speaks clearly and CLEARLYL (meaning makes sense) and is friendly.. She's patient and has a calmness to her while she' still professional. She comes off as caring and interested.
For me that goes a LOOOOONG way.

Re: Meeting a Pediatrician tonight...
with the delayed immunizations, let me download a bit of info:
if you want to delay (to avoid autoimmune diseases / possibly autism), you want a minimum # of shots prior to age 2 (when the brain completes its myelination process). My Ped said a couple are still important to have early due to a genuine threat of life-threatening disease (whopping cough and one other shot I forgot). The rest should ideally be delayed to after age 2 (as long as your baby isn't going into daycare).
you also might want to spread out the schedule so your baby doesn't get 9 shots in one visit.
Non-vaccine issues include emergency situations... who covers when your Ped is away / unavailable....
