Hair Coloring??
I did my highlights back about 6 weeks ago and I wasnt worried at all since they dont touch the roots
Just wondering who has done their roots and if so, how far along were you
i have an appt. at 4 today

I got mine done at 4 weeks, 16 weeks, and I just did it on Thursday and I am 33 weeks.

I got my highlights/lowlights done at 13 weeks after my ultrascreen and again at 21 weeks...It doesnt touch your scalp so I figure it's ok.

I didnt dye my hair for the first trimester but as soon as I hit the second I went to the salon and got my hair did! And, it made me feel SO much better!!!

My last pregnancy I used an herbal coloring that my colorist bought for me from Sherry's in Babylon Village. I'll probably do the same thing this pregnancy.

personally, I wouldn't color my hair during pregnancy.... too many chemicals that have never been studied for safety during prgnancy...

This was always my feeling as well. The herbal color though was great on my hair & no funky chemical additives.
