It is very likely from sex because your cervix was irritated. It wouldn't hurt to call your doctor anyway & let him/her know that you're concerned.

not to get too graphic but sometimes if your a bit "wild" you can cause cervix irritation and cause the bleeding. I would lay low on the fun time for a couple of days and let yourself heal up.
eta: agree with calling doctor, and letting them know, they just might want to do a quick internal.

I'd probably call the doctor and at least speak with someone in the office. I'd abstain from sex until you see the doctor. Try to drink a lot of water. That can calm an irritated cervix. Hope everything is ok.
