Could these be kicks?

I'm 21 weeks. Since 15.5 weeks, I've been feeling flutters almost entirely on my right side. Over the past few weeks, I've felt a lot of strong vibrations/spasms (multiple taps in rapid succession), but not what I'd necessarily consider kicks.

It's hard to describe, but the past few days, I've felt a few quick strong pushes in the middle of my stomach below my belly button. I don't know if it's my bladder that's being kicked, but I feel something below my stomach that's being pushed on or bounced off of. I may be completely off base, but could that be kicks?

With DD that's exactly how it started for me. Her feet were always on my right side, her elbows on my left and hands and head down by my bladder. The strongest I always felt were from her feet on my right side, at times I could even see the bulge of a little foot.

I think that is EXACTLY what you are feeling. I felt a lot of the same sensations! Isn't it amazing?

I'm exactly 21 weeks and started to feel the same thing. I was thinking they were Braxton Hicks but I guess you are right. I only feel it in the lower, middle part of my stomach under my belly button. All of a sudden that area will get SO hard. You think they are kicks???

Re: Could these be kicks?

I have felt a hard lump in my belly sometimes accompanied by a little pressure...I figure the baby is leaning all the way to one side, within a few minutes or seconds I can feel the "lump" move back.
Tonight my Chat Icon is especially active.

I was initially concerned that they were Braxton Hicks, but my stomach never gets hard when this happens. It almost feels like a very quick ripple running down the lower part of my stomach. I think they're probably kicks.
