Dr. recommended!
I went for my check up today, and told Dr. H that I've been getting migraines, she said to take some tylenol and make sure I am hydrated. I told her I try to stay away from drugs unless I feel like I am dying. She then told me to try some caffeine, I love that woman 
I use to have a cup every morning, but since I found out I am pregnant I would have a cup maybe once a month or have a pepsi every other week. Now I can say it's Dr. recommended!

My doctor told me the same thing about coffee and the migrains. I was happy about it too...that is the first time i had coffee was after she said that..and now everytime i have a headach i now drink coffee!!!

HEy date twin and dr. Twin. ... She is great. She is realistic about what we can eat. WOW she is gonna be really busy that nite with the 2 of us.
