more PNP questions

I am getting one of the graco pack n plays, with the built in bassinet. (The milan style.) What else do I/can I get to go with this? I am getting the quilted pack n play sheets. But does that cover the bottom area or the bassinet? If the bottom area, do I also get bassinet sheets? Similar question for mattresses--If I want to upgrade the mattress, do I get a portable crib mattress/mattress pad? A bassinet mattress? Both?

Sorry to hijack...
Which size bassinet sheets fit on the PNP? Is there a specific brand that fits the best? Thanks!

I just bought the porta crib mattress for my pnp at bru. My dd uses the pnp when we travel and at daycare and the mattress it comes with is flimsy...I hope that she will like the PC matress better

I am sure it will be worth the 25 bucks I paid for it Chat Icon

Re: more PNP questions

Graco makes pnp sheets, Target and BRU have them.

My DS has never had a problem sleeping in with the regular mattress it comes with.

I thought the pnp sheets were only for the lower part of the pnp, not the bassinet part? I know they also sell specific changing table pad covers, but i haven't seen bassinet sheets specific to the pnp. Anyone?

Where have you seen changing table pad covers for the pack 'n play? I figured I'd use lap pads or something similar on top of the changing pad.

The bassinet part seems to be the same size as the rest of the pack 'n play. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see why you can use the same pack 'n play sheets for both parts.

Re: more PNP questions

i got the quilted carters pack n play sheets which fit both the basinette top and pnp bottom. i loved them and ella only just stopped sleeping in the pnp last week. i did not use any kind of extra padding or special mattress. it's already a tight squeeze.

Re: more PNP questions

graco makes PNP sheets that fit both the top and the bottom (i asked at BRU Chat Icon)

i haven't see the carter's ones but if they fit the bottom, they should fit the top - they are basically the same size mattress, one is just higher than the other.

They sell the changing table pad covers at BuyBuyBaby.
