Help! I think my dog is getting Jealous!

First off, I have three dogs...and I'm expecting a baby in 44 days.

my youngest dog is a 1 yr old german shepard and she is very attached to me. The past few days I've found pee stains on the bed and just again...I took a shower and got out to another pee stain...I know it was her, b/c she was laying in it trying to hide it.
(this is odd in its self, b/c she was crate trained and NEVER had any accidents in her crate or in the house) She was great with house breaking from day one.

I think she is sensing that something is going to change or maybe I'm giving off a new smell...but whatever it may be, I think she is doing this out of jealousy..idk?
Has anyone heard of this before of have any tips of what I can do? I absolutely do not want this to continue

It is definitely possible that she is doing this out of jealousy. I would suggest maybe trying to spend some one on one time with her. Maybe take her for a walk, just the two of you?

Just show her a little more attention... She should come around.

If, however, she doesn't, you might want to look into some training.
