Newbie Q re: Bridesmaid Dress
I know, I know - the dreaded, lame thing to worry about - I'm going to be close to 12 weeks for my cousin's wedding and I'm not telling anyone until that 12 week mark (and after the wedding of course) .......
Do you think I'm safe to wear spanx or something for the wedding? I don't thnk I'll be 'showing' or anything and I'm neurotic about the foods that I'm eating ( I wouldn't do it for my fat arse self, but I will absolutely eat the veggies over the cheeseburgers for the little bean)
The damn dress is a CHIFFON HALTER !! ugh !

I think you'll be fine. It's good that the dress is made of chiffon...at least it hides any sign of early belly bump.
I am in a wedding at 8 months...

You should probably be ok but everyone is different. I was not showing at 12 weeks and my regular clothes still fit because I had no bloating either but again, everyone is different. Worse comes to worse they can probably take the dress out a little for you if need be. Good luck!

Well, at least you don't have to worry about trying to HIDE it !! Hope you bring your comfy shoes !!
I feel like chiffon is such an unforgiving fabric, it clings to everything

I'm wearing silver flip flops... People aren't going to notice. You will only feel that way because you know something they don't know. I was 3 months pregnant at my friend's wedding and you couldn't tell at all.

Re: Newbie Q re: Bridesmaid Dress
The maternity stores sell Maternity Spanx. I wore it under my dress for my cousins wedding when I was 21 weeks. I was just a guest, not in the wedding party.
