One of my cats freaked me out yesterday!

I thought Phoebe was dead yesterday morning. She is the type of cat who ALWAYS is looking for attention and meows and meows and comes running if she thinks she will get attention (or food, lol).
So I come downstairs yesterday morning and Reese and Ramsey are running to the kitchen like maniacs knowing I am going to feed them. I put food in the bowl, and they eat. No Pheobe. So I go downstairs to the den, and Phoebe is laying on the back of the couch in a sleeping position, but her eyes are half open. So I am already getting freaked out- she hasn't even picked up her head when I came downstairs. I call her - no response, and her eyes are still half open. At this point my heart stopped, I thought she was dead. I walk over to her, still nothing. Finally I touch her and only then she picks up her head opens her eyes and yawns.
I must have caught her in some really deep sleep or something.
She totally freaked me out though.

I swear my cat is awesome at playing dead.
She lays there like a dead animal- eyes half open- out like a light.
It's very scary!!
