I like the high ones and the ones that are medium high.
I'm having trouble finding them in stores. I can order online but they may not get here in time.
Any idea where I could get them or order them so I get them by Thursday?

endless.com or zappos.com has them and they ship overnight. otherwise, I am not sure any stores would still have them this time of the year.

endless has them but they are so much more than other sites. Nordstrom has a very limited selection.
flopmart doesn't take amex and also has no option for express shipping.
I may do endless..I have to think about it. They give free overnight shipping but it's really not..the price of the shoe is much higher.

what about zappos? but they also tack on $ to the retail price to makeup for the "free" shipping and returns.
if you really want them, I would get them.
