Is it just me?
I think the reception staff at Dr. Dolesi/Hanauer's are rude. The nurses, and other staff are wonderful, but the receptionists like hates me, every time I ask them a qustion, it's like I am bothering them....

Sorry, I've actually had the opposite experience. They have always been very sweet to me. Granted, sometimes I have to call back when I have called earlier with a question, but they have never acted like I was bothering them.

Hmmm..I actually don't think they're rude but are as slow as molasses. I had an appt there recently and took them forever to enter in my health information.
