Teenage pregnancy movies on LT
OK, I am a cheeseball watching this channel but the teen pregnancy movies are on this afternoon. I cannot even imagine being in that situation. I feel overwhelmed at MY age!

I find I have had absolutely no tolerance for teen pregnancy movies during this pregnancy. They seem to really, really upset me. I am a high school teacher - I am used to being somewhat at ease with that issue - so it is a little odd.
I had to walk out on Juno, for instance, despite the fact that I know it is a quality movie.

This movie is so old but a goodie! I used to watch it all the time when I was a teenager! My mom taped it for me when I was like 16/17.

I am an Asst. Principal and one of my 8th graders that graduated is pregnant with twins - I really wanted to puke when I found that out

I am an Asst. Principal and one of my 8th graders that graduated is pregnant with twins - I really wanted to puke when I found that out
what!  OMG wow. where are her parents? did she have a good upbringing? she's a baby herself

I found myself somewhat annoyed yesterday when I was at Kohl's trying to look at the  clothes because there was a teenage mother and her friends that kept going to all the same racks as I was. I felt like they were in my way.
I am getting mean with this pregnancy. I tend to have quite an open-mind as well, but really, really wonder how some of them can do this at their age.

sorry to say but this is somewhat "the norm" where I work
some of them have parents; some dont but this is socially acceptable
i have granparents that are 35-40 years old

It bothers me too, but unfortunately truth is , it can happen to any young teen. you can't watch them 24/7. and many of them are doing the unthinkable
