Baby Shower question
My Mom passed a few yrs ago and I am wondering How to approach this, is it weird that I would throw myself a shower???? I really dont think anyone will do this for me, MIL is weird, I dont have sisters and my aunts and cousins really would never do this ( I know them)....What are your thoughts,

Well, you certainly have to have a shower! And no, I don't think it's that weird. What if you put a friend as the host on the invitations? Would that make you feel better?

How about DH gets involved? I don't think there's anything wrong with that, rather than having you do everything...

I agree! Have your DH host the shower. I just went to one this past weekend where the DH hosted because the mom didn't believe in throwing baby showers. Of course the mother was there, but technically the party was thrown by the DH.
