They email you weekly updates about the growth of the baby and what is going on inside. Very helpful.

every week I google that week of pregnancy and a bunch of websites come up and I read all of them.
For example, this week I googled" 36 weeks pregnant" and went through like 4 websites about what I should be feeling, etc
