Need help with Medrol ASAP!
I just noticed that my prescription bottle says 1 tablet 2x a day. I have been going by the type written printed instructions I received which state that I am to take Medrol 4x a day breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime. Which is it?? I am freaking that I have been taking too much. Plus I was only given 10 pills in the bottle which will run out after my dose tomorrow. I will call them in the am but does anyone know what the correct dose is?

I remember taking it 4x a day
check the milligrams...if you get it from a local pharmacy (not a specialized IF one) they don't always have the right mgs on hand

the mgs match, (its from Krupners) the instructions are just different. I guess I will go with the LI IVF instructions and take my 4th dose and then call in the am. Just when you think everything is going smoothly...

I just finished my RX of medrol yesterday and took it 4x/day. Definitely call them tomorrow and ask. I took it for five days (4 pills/day = 20 pills total).

I would go with your LI-IVF instructions. My bottles never match my instructions.

I know I wrote down the instructions when my nurse ran through them briefly before my IVF started (when the meds came) and I have 4x a day too....

Well the script was wrong. I am supposed to be taking it 4x a day good thing I have been going by the instructions on my fridge. My nurse called in 10 more pills to CVS and I already picked them up.
