Target gliders
DH and I will be buying the glider for  room ourselves. Has anyone purchsed a glider/ottomon set from Target? My friend did and had no problems, but I wanted to see if any of you had some other feedback. I hate that I can't go into the store to try it b/c they are only available online.

Target has some good things online; I might guess that you could return it to the store if you are not happy with it?

we got out glider and ottoman from Target and let me say, it's great!
We got both for under $200 and its VERY comfortable!
It was 15% off with free shipping!!
eta: the brand is a Shermag

Mine was purchased from Target, a Shermag, 4 weeks ago and the website said it would be available in 2 to 6 weeks. I can't wait to get it and hope it makes it here before the baby does. I heard and read good reviews on Target Shermag glidders and with all of the backordering, I would guess other people have read the same things.

same here. I got mine from Walmart with the ottoman. other places were selling the ottoman seperately. And walmart was cheaper too.

We bought ours from Baby Depot which is part of the Burlington Coat Factory. It was only $200 and it is fabulous!!! I definitely would want to try it out first.

We bought our Dutalier glider from Target so we got it much cheaper but we knew we were getting the best quality. worked out great! Just had to sacrifice being able to pick custom fabrics but we got a kahki and it worked out fine.
