What?!?!?!
So I was lurking for the first time on the parenting board...and just found out about....THE HAIR LOSS AFTER PREGNANCY ...
So now you're telling me that we have to be sick and tired for the first 3 months...grow and grow for the last 6...grow hair like a monkey in weird places, make milk...then squeeze the baby out of our most precious part ...then milk the baby like a cow for months...then I will start losing my hair on top of that I gotta go read a book on what else this gift is going to give to me...and btw...what are these new bumps around my nips for...to help the baby to bite down on ...Don't get me wrong, I feel like the luckiest girl in the world right now...the hair thing just caught me by surprise...oh the joys...Hope you all are having a nice Saturday

I have to say I never lost my hair after having the baby if anything my hair has gotten thicker since having my children its been a positive affect..So you might not have that...My saturday was good thanks hope yours was as well..

My hair didn't fall out in clumps or anything but I did "shed". I saw it on the bathroom floor and the shower.

I didn't lose my hair in clumps but I shed worse than the dog. It's awful. every time I touch my hair or reach for it, strands just fall. I am tired of vacuuming after myself! BLEH!
And yes - let us NOT forget the "roids" that will LITERALLY be a pain in the butt after delivery for about 3 weeks. And did you read up about the lose bladder? You thought peeing while pregnant was bad? Try justifying a weak bladder when you aren't even pregnant - FUN TIMES  In all honesty, it's just a little discomfort for a few weeks/months after delivery. And some women have nothing at all.

The hair loss isnt soo bad.. Didnt you have a time each year where your hair just seemed to shed more than usual? I know i did.. It was like that but a bit more and for a longer period of time. It seems like alot falls out and it does make you like  .. but it doest come back with fresh little new hairs.. Yes its a pain and you do go through a cr@ppy hair style for a bit.. but all worth it.
