How do you know when the baby drops?
I am 33 weeks and people keep asking me if she has dropped yet? I definitely feel her lower, but is there a defining moment I should be anticipating?

With first PG I actually woke up one morning & felt so much pressure it felt like the baby was going to fall out. It was unreal.

Two things happened with DD#1 that defined "dropping" for me:
1 - I could breathe
2 - I felt a head in between my legs (sorry to be so graphic)
I can breathe now with DD#2, but I was never high to begin with. Still waiting to feel the head between my legs...right now it's right in the pelvic area and killing me...
You may not experience any of this, you'll have to wait and see...either way, good luck

my belly just looks a lot lower... but there was no one moment where she officially dropped- i think it happened gradually...
