At what week..
do they say it is safe to give birth premature where the baby will be ok. I am a paranoid person, and just wondering what happens if I go early. I am 32 weeks and just getting very nervous!! TIA

Yes, 27 weeks for the baby to have a better chance at survival. 32 Weeks is when they have a better chance at survival, but will still need some care.
34 weeks I believe their lungs have matured, and at 37 weeks, a baby is considered full term.

36% of babies can survive premature birth at 24 weeks - However, serious complications are still possible.
Babies at 25 weeks of pregnancy stand a 50% chance of survival.
At 27 weeks, the chances of survival is now at least 80 percent.

28 weeks is the magic number....
babies are viable prior too that as well...just come with way more complications.
