FSH
With all this talk about FSH- what is a 'good' level of FSH as well as LH at the beginning of your cycle? I did ask for my results and they gave them to me, but I don't know what they mean...  TIA!

I am not too sure if I am interpreting your question correctly so I answered it 2 ways.
FSH-That is the follicle stimulating hormone (which tells our ovaries to produce eggs and for men tells testes to produce sperm).
Are you asking for a reference range for the results? I am not too sure but I think you can google it. The higher the level the more simulated your follicles are, I guess.
I hope I didn't frustrate or confuse you more!

Perfect! Thanks- I always know about this website but can never find it when I'm looking for it!!! My FSH and LH were both 3 the day after AF started- so that's good, right?
