I'm making our dinner for lunch.........it's in the oven right now. I had a craving for meatloaf, so I made that. I also made some zucchini with tomato sauce, onion and garlic from our garden.
I also made a potato salad with red skin potatoes, green beans and a balsamic vinagrette dressing.
