Rock on Wheatgrass!!!
I am so excited now I cannot tell you! My fsh yesterday was 4.5!!!!!!  Just to recap- it was 10 when I started bcps, 12 when I started my last ivf and 6 in April before bcps for ivf#1!! This is the lowest it has ever been! Don't give up high fsh'ers! I have been drinking 2 shots frozen wheatgrass a day for 3 1/2 weeks, acupuncture and some herbal formal called Female Treasure from my acupuncturist.

wow!!!!! there is hope!
I hope...
i have been drinking one shot of 1oz for the last 3 weeks, eating more organic, acupuncture once a week...raspberry leaf tea and doing some meditation and visualization exersizes.
like I said..I hope..

so docs prescribe bcps to supress and to calm down the system so it can be stimulated?

Susan, the 12 and the 4.5 were after supression. I had a 10 on cd 3 after my 1st ivf which was converted to an IUI. The 6 in April was just a regular check of my cd3 bloods. Sorry if i made this all confusing. I believe thats why they prescribe the bcps but am not totally sure.
Also, Donna my E2 was 42 which I guess isn't bad since I still had AF yesterday.

that's good. When FSH is low, you also want e2 to be low.

Excellent number. My first IVF after I was done with BCP's, my cd2 b/w was 14.
I'm on something also from Female Treasure called Growing Jade. Said it was to get better quality eggs. Meanwhile I'm having so much trouble fitting all my holistic stuff into my day I had to make a chart yesterday. I'm doing much better now that I have that.
