Is this normal??
I have had AF type cramps from the beginning. They usually come and go through out the day. Usually they are a little worse at night. Well, last night I woke up with really bad cramps. I would compare them to the first or second day of AF. I had no bleeding or spotting. I got really scared!! Should I call the doctor? I'm 5 weeks.

I was nervous about EVERYTHING in the begining... i had AF-type cramps as well- it made me think that I was out that month because that was really my only real "symptom" I think as long as there is no bleeding you are okay, but if it makes you feel better to call, then go for it... better safe then sorry...

I had a lot of cramping in the beginning, I actually took aleve bc they were that bad I though AF was coming
