Cramps in the AM
I am 31 weeks. For the last 3 mornings, after I get up and shower I end up getting really strong cramps that last about 5 minutes or so. I drink a ton of water and have to sit down b/c they are so strong. Then they gradually go away. I am assuming they are braxton kicks and/or the baby starting move for the first time in hours (he dosen't move at night and he wakes up with me in the morning).
Anyone else get this?

do they feel like period cramps? or are they higher? I have had menstrual cramps that last a couple of minutes but not specifically in the AM. My Dr said they were normal as long as I dont get more than 6 an hour.

They feel exactly like period cramps and they are down low.
