What a disaster!!!
So my co-ed shower BBQ was on Saturday....what a disaster...but everyone managed to have a great time (thanks to the great sangria DH made)....
So, of course, as soon as all of our 80 guests arrived, we had a terrential downpour complete with thunder and lightning!!! Everyone was huddled under the tent and the men were running to bring all the gifts in the house!!!
We decided after the rain stopped not to bother opening the gifts and just to sit and enjoy the food and thats what we did....
everyone was saying we'll look back and laugh and thats what we're doing right now!!
My entire registry is gone... closet is full of beautiful clothes!!!
Of course, with all the craziness we never took any pics!!!! but luckily one of DH's aunts managed a few and will email them to me....
I was running around so much on Saturday that my feet were so swollen all day yesterday that I could not move!!!

your 'disaster" wound up being a GREAT day with lots of gifts, so you were certainly "showered" in a good way 
You will love going through all the stuff even days and weeks from now. Yay to your family for emptying out your registry  Lucky girl
