sorry you had a bad experience but I have to say my Level II was only 30 minutes... was cooperating and they were able to get all the measurements they needed fast.....

Neither of mine lasted longer than 30 minutes.  Maybe its my military healthcare which is pretty no frills.

Sorry your tech was an azz. That is how my level one was. It was very quick and the tech hardly said two words...
Where did you have the level II if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks everyone. It wasn’t so much the time frame that annoyed me it was the tech herself. It just would have been nice if she pointed some things out or had a better personality. She was just a cold person and not all that friendly. Oh well, the most important thing is that she got all the measurements they need to check out
Now on to the purple/pink shopping spree!
