Anyone else get "air hunger"?
This is how my doc described it. I explain it as a slight shortness of breath-- but air hunger really sums it up.
My doc said part of it is due to my progesterone supplements, but just hormones in general causing respiratory muscles to relax-- making it harder to get a good breath.
Some days are better than others-- but today sucks. I don't know what to do to feel better. THis combined with slight nausea is not fun.

I totally get this and am so happy to hear I am not alone.... I was reading something outloud to DH the other night and was getting out of breath just from the continuous talking! LOL!!!! I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one!

I hate this symptom- I had it with both of my pregnancies. Its really hard since my job is a lot of talking!

I sleep with a breathe right strip and I am ok. It's not an overwhelming feeling of not being able to breathe, it's more uncomfortable.
I do notice that when I exercise (the few times I have been able to), I get winded much faster and during things which wouldn't cause me to be out of breath before.
