Can someone PLEASE tell my DH...(UPDATE)
...that if I want a friggin hero sandwich from the "expensive" deli to just friggin buy it for me or I can make his life a living nightmare?
Geez, he had no problem dropping over $3K for the new flat screen and entertainment system (due to arrive in a week and a half). The sustenance of his wife and unborn daughter is of the utmost importance at this moment
(P.S. - I don't mind the TV. I am quite looking forward to it myself, but you get my point)

I got my sandwich - it was heavenly.

The TV is a long time coming. We deserve it after the past few years of disappointments and misery. He did use Thank You points to get gift cards at J and R to knock the price down of the entertainment center and got a sweet deal on the TV through family connection. But all I want is a sandwich!

I can kill DH when he does that, he thinks all things are equal and believe me, thats like saying Taco Bell and this insanely amazing mexican place by our hosue are the same thing....Its ridiculous!

Glad you got your sandwich! DH went out and bought a new huge 52-inch flat screen the day my BFP came because he was like "I guess this is going to be my main form of excitement after the baby since we won't be able to leave the house much for awhile".

Actually, we discussed making such a big purchase as we were expecting a baby and everyone told us that if we don't buy the TV now, we never will. So that was reason enough to take the plunge. We have plenty. The child is well taken care of already.

When I was pregnant with Caden I wanted Carvel. Vanilla IceCream with Strawberries...Carvel is right down the road from us. DH went and b/c there was a line he came back home without the icecream...He comes in and tells me about the line and tries to come up with some suitable alternatives. I informed him that, in my current condition, there were no suitable alternatives...he wisely went back to Carvel and got me my icecream...

Don't you love how they try to justify things? If he came home with Subway, I may have served him with papers.
