I am so stupid!
I have had a fungus on my neck my whole life. I have taken a medicine for it and last week I noticed it again so I started putting the medicine on Sunday on it. Well I put it on Sunday, nothing, I put it on last night and this morning I had a little pain on my neck. I thought I slept wrong. I put it on today and my whole neck is red and burning. I washed it off and then went to look online for side effects and then noticed that you aren't supposed to use it if you are pregnant!!!!!!! I AM SO STUPID - I didn't even think to look b/c it was topical!!!!!! Right now I am waiting for the dr. to call back and hysterically crying cause I feel I did harm to my unborn child!
PSA - make sure you save inserts and read before you put anything on!!!!

what's the name of the cream? maybe while you're waiting to hear from your Dr. you can google the med and see how it is classified....

Thanks for ur response. I did google it but I couldn't find out how it was classified - just that I shouldn't have taken it. But the dr. called back and obviously said don't take it anymore but it shouldn't have done any harm since I am in the 3rd trimester. Its not good for the 1st trimester. BTW it is selenium shampoo 2.5%

At this point in the pregnancy I doubt you harmed the baby. Had you been using it daily in the first 12 weeks, now that might have been really bad. Don't worry!

I think you should be just fine. People have done wayyyyyyyyy worse!
