stroller question
i posted this in parenting as well....
ok, so i'm due in july, and I have a silly stroller question....
I got the chicco travel system, when the baby is born do i always put the baby in the car seat and snap it into the stroller to go for walks, or can the baby just go in the stroller????
I know this sounds silly, but I'm a first time mom, and have no idea what I'm doing Chat Icon

I have that travel system.
I read that once the baby can sit up on his/her own then you can use the stroller without the infant seat.
I also reigtered for/got the baby gear snap and go base, it is a lot lighter and easier for me to use right now (just had c-section 17 days ago, so it is hard to lift the big stroller in and out of the trunk).

That is up to you....if you want the baby to lay down put them in the stroller but if you want to see the baby's face while your walking keep them in the seat in the Snap n Go

I agree. I got the snap and go frame as well and plan on using that for a while.
Otherwise yes you'll need to use the infant car seat and snap that into the stroller until the baby can sit up on their own.

MY sister uses the stroller only when she doesn't have the snap and go frame. She prefers the snap and go, as it's much easier to manuever and lighter.

Ditto here. We have the Graco travel system. But while  is in the infant carrier we plan on using the Graco Snap 'N Go.
