feeling guilty
has the hiccups constantly... and while it's cute for the first few minutes, i start to get really annoyed after a bit.
that, of course, makes me feel terrible because i KNOW i should be happy that this little one is growing healthy and strong and is practiicng breathing, which is causing the hiccups... ugh i am such a meanie!

Re: feeling guilty
Andrew had them all the time. They would keep me up at night. And when he was born, he had them all the time when he was an infant.
I used to feel so bad for him

I can totally relate. Sometimes is bothers me and others I have to laugh at how funny it is.

Stupid question- how do you know they're hiccups?
they feel like light taps from the inside, and they are very rhythmic - like every 2-3 seconds.
poor little guy!
