How can you tell if its hicups?
I am feeling "light kicks" or something , like a thumping every 2-3 seconds for a couple minutes now They are low , below my belly button.
I wonder if they are hicups. But that seems close apart for hicups. 2-3 seconds! Or I wonder if the baby is turned and the feet are down, is  just swinging its feet. They arent painful or hard kicks,

My hiccups feel like light taps from the inside. Very consistent and very rhythmic.
Funny,  had the hiccups when I was on the NST (non stress test) machine and you could hear them coming through on the machine in addition to his heartbeat.

I thought the same thing!!!!! It was too slow for a pulse but what seemed like too fast to be hiccups but I think they were. I felt them 3 times now. They only lasted about a minute or 2 each time. It's so weird isn't it!!!!

OMG gets them ALL the time (it's almost annoying sometimes  )
they feel like tiny rhythmic taps from the inside, and they last for a few minutes each time. i was surprised at how light they feel - i guess i assumed the baby's whole body would just with each one

Yup i'd say those are the hiccups!!! 
I knew that my baby was head down and in position (but turned around) because i was feeling them in my butt!
My gets them at least once a day and has since turned around i believe.

sounds like hiccups to me too. they are very rhythmic and kind of light. i believe they are a sign of lung development. LO has gone through phases where he/she gets them very often and then I don't feel them for a while.

So that's what I am feeling!!!!!! How cool!!!! I too have these rhythmic thumps which only last for a bit. Too cool.........hiccups!!!!
