Went to Whole Foods
got the wheatgrass shots and two packets of the powder to try. I also got some organic apple juice.
I bought about $75 worth of stuff..
I'm on a mission.
I hope this works. I'm not looking forward to the taste of this stuff.

I still 21 months later cannot stand the smell of cut grass. 
But when you know the reason behind it it makes it go down easier.

bought some nice organic stuff too so that made me happy.
Made my appt with an acupuncturist in the city. I feel so positive about this.
Still somewhat weepy now and again, but better than yesterday.

The first two weeks of taking the shots I had to plug my nose and mix it with a little water, now I just defrost and put it in a glass and chug.....GL!!!

That is so true!!! I did not think I could do the shots but as Lisa said, there are worse things. I did go to college after all. I drank plenty of things worse!
