I think I'm getting contractions again

So for the past hour or so I've been getting this really tightening feeling in my entire stomach and way at the bottom of my stomach I feel this intense amount of pressure that kind of hurts but the pressure/hurting feeling doesn't last long at all but I am getting them quite often. The tightening feeling starts, then the pressure and pain come together last just a couple of seconds, go away and the tightening feeling continues for a little longer and then everything goes away where I feel almost normal and then it continues...etc. It also kind of feels like the baby is moving too so not sure if the pain is caused my her moving or if it really is a contraction...this is so confusing because I'm not sure what I'm really suppose to be feeling.

Can this be it? I don't want to get myself all excited and it's nothing and I also don't want to call my OB or make my way over to L&D to be told it's nothing.

I didn't think the waiting game would be so frustrating

I'm going to try and wait it out as much as I can but this pressure/hurting feeling is very intense and not comfortable at all. I just don't think it's a contraction because the pain is not lasting that long but the tightening is lasting longer.

Ok, just relax. It definitely sounds like things are happening. You will know exactly when you need to call the doctor. Try to stay as comfortable as possible until then. Keep timing the contractions (tightening). Once they get about 5 minues apart, I would call the doctor, unless you get so uncomfortable before then. If for any reason you think your water has broken, even a slow leak, you need to call as soon as that happens. Hang in there.

Still getting them here and there but there is no pattern yet. It could be the start of something, I sure do hope so!

I will keep you girls posted but I can't go anywhere until they are at least 5 minutes apart consistently for at least an hour or two and so far they are happening, every 30, 20 and 10 minutes apart and last for about 30 seconds or so.
