Thats it - I blame it on not having alcohol for 7 months

OMG my office just got a real good laugh at me on this one. Woman calls up who is not authorized to make any changes on an account. I told her to have the account holder call us or send us something in writing. She starts screaming how she doesnt have time for this and with technology how could her request not be done right now. I explained to her security purposes we need the account holder to call. So she started screming and I said "well those are the rules" and hung up on the person.

I said I need to go on maternity leave now. One co-worker said oh boy you needed it 3 weeks ago

I said I've had enough. I am sick of these screaming calls. Their is just so much abuse one can take before they snap.

I blame that I havent had any alchohol in 7 months and it will be a while before I have it
