what formula does stony brook hospital provide for infants? im having a scheduled csection on monday and i was just curious

As an employee I can tell u that we have pretty much any formula that they make. What you DC starts on is usually the doctor's decision/preference. Usually it's Enfamil, sometimes they'll choose Similac.

If you have any prominent milk-allergies with immediate family/other children, feel free to mention that in case you end up on Soy.

I wouldn't buy anything ahead of time, yet. They'll send u home with formula and you can always p/u more on the way home or send DH out! (I'd prefer the latter. LOL)
