had another weigh-in this morning

went to an OB appt, and had another weigh-in. Last month I gained 6 lbs and I was worried that that may continue or increase every month I'm only supposed to gain a total of 15-20 lbs, and that was only week 19!

I attribute a portion of that 6 lbs to constipation but another chunck of it to my craving for ice tea So, I stopped the tea after that appt.

So, at any rate, I'm proud to report that I only gained 2 lbs since last month That's much more acceptable for my situation IMO.... I have to save the major poundage gains for the 3rd trimester...

So I'm 23.5 weeks... I lost 5 lbs early on, and since then have gained a moderate 8 lbs... yay!

Good for you!! I am dreading my next appt since I gained 10lbs last month.

thanks... it IS a relief...

I swear it was all of that #$%#$%# sugar in the tetley ice tea powder...

sugary drinks should be illegal IMO! they are just as addictive and destructive as crack


I reverted to 1 part juice and 4 parts water and voila, heinous sudden weight gain ended!

I think they add poundage to scales on purpose...that's my theory anyway.
