Anyone doing PT????

I am going for the 1st time Sat. for physical therapy due to horrible sciatic nerve and back pain.

Anyone else do it and have success??? What did they do for you?
I am going to Cindy Prentis in Smithtown.

So far, I've only been doing chiropractic, but I'm thinking of trying PT, and maybe even acupuncture as well.

I had back problems before I got pregnant--now, at 11 weeks, the sciatica in my right leg is unbearable if I sit for more than 20 minutes.
