Ah ha... so that explains it!
Apparently this article explains that it is not my lack of will power, but something genetically engrained in my DNA that leads me to eat an entire pint of Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream in one sitting!!!

And apparently if I become my own boss and start telling other people what to do that will help with the binge eating too!!!
