Re: How would you phrase this?

On an invitation, how would you phrase the following:
"In the back of the building there is an entrance on flat ground so you dont have to walk up the hill that is in the front of the building."
I want to include this for my elderly relatives - its not necessarily a handicapped entrance. How can I phrase this concisely?
just make it seem like they HAVE to come in the back:
"The entrance to the hall/building is in the rear"
or something to that effect.

"for those of you that dont want to climb the hill there is a much friendlier entrance around the back of the building.."
