I miss being able to pop my back!
UGH
I am loosely jointed (not quite double jointed) and my joints pop and can be popped (minus my neck)
It takes very little .. just the right angle of twist (tossing my leg over the opposite hip) and *POP*
Its so relaxing and feels wonderful.
But as of last week, I can't. My belly is in the way.. I feel it stretch so I stop (of course) .. but OH MY BACK
I feel those tiny muscles tightening and aching in agony for release. Too much pressure on those joints.. AGH
If I wiggle the right way I feel tiny movement (like mini pops) but its just barely enough to get me through the day!!
No painkillers work.. its my body not in the right spot.. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

awww i totally understand what you are feeling!!!! I too have my little things that i do to pop my back and eventually it just stopped working. I actually see a massage therapist and I go for adjustments. It just feels so good! Maybe you can look into a chiropractor that will work on pregnant patients! Its well worth it once a week! Goodluck!

I went to a chiropractor throughout my pregnancy and it was fantastic. Definitely go - it feels wonderful.
