Is it safe to still take
hot baths in the 8th/9th month? Ive been enjoying them 3 nights a wk because it helps with the hip pain and I sleep better.

you're not *supposed* to take hot baths, just warm ones, to prevent raising your body temp too much, but as long as your water hasn't broken, it's still safe to take baths.

oh god, I hope I am not harming the baby.. for some reason I didnt even think that it could be a problem until tonight, He was moving around alot when I was in the tub.

i said *supposed* b/c it's often not recommended because you could possibly get too hot. i wasn't judging you at all!
honestly, i am sure he is fine. if you got overheated i am sure you would have noticed!!!

it would have to be a VERY hot bath, submerged for an extended amoutnt of time at the same temp. Chances are within 15 min, you are out and temp of the water has dropped significantl, don;t worry
