Just wondering........
Since it was brought up on TTC,
My dr. told me to get more fiber and omega3 to put flax seed in my yogurt
now i am hearing there is a "great debate" about flax seed during pregnancy - anyone's dr. tell them to have it or not to have it?
im wondering why my dr. would say to have it if there are any risks involved, although from what i've read; none have been proven to be true

Some doctors subscribe to some schools of thought while others don't. And all patients are different from each other. It may be that simple.

quite possibly you are right, I would hate to think that my dr. was telling me to eat something that could potentially be dangerous, but on the flipside; i dont want to take any chances
