i agree. in over 25 yrs that she's been with nbc, this is the first time she messed up. the media is make it out more than it is

I never watched her on the news but once I heard, had to check it out on You Tube.
I think what shocked me the most was not that she cursed... I mean, she's human we all do it, it was a mistake
But what was apalling to me was how she spoke to the person that made the mistake. Again, it's a mistake and she sounded like she was practically breathing fire she was so p-ssed. I think her tone towards an employee was more shocking than the actual F-bomb.
