Why do we get leg cramps?
When I even drink orange juice and eat bananas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot tell you the pain I felt last night and its so sore still.  Poor DH was like let me rub it I said get the hell away from it !!!!

I had leg cramps for a couple weeks and then they disappeared!

I wonder the same thing... I haven't gotten a charlie horse cramp, but I have already noticed stiffness and an aura that crampping is about to come on.... (but never does  )
I just looked it up and it is official.... the answer is.........
WE DON'T KNOW! leg cramps

They are horrible - I still get them even after I eat bananas and get extra potassium.
The best way to fight it is to flex your foot and not point it while having the cramp. HTH and feel better!
