I'm almost 20 weeks
went to the doc today and he took quite a few minutes to find the baby's heartbeat. a little nerve wracking , but once he found it, he said it was very strong. He looked real nervous till he found it. I knew baby was ok because I could feel him moving, I wonder if he was moving away from it.
anyone else have this happen?

I have a problem b/c my uterus is tilted so depending where she is they have trouble

yeah, but I attributed that problem to the pre-existing fluff between Crouton and the Dr... he had to squish it down before he heard the heartbeat

yes - my little  love to move away from wherever there is pressure on my uterus, so the nurses often have a little trouble getting the HB. nothing to worry about

At my last checkup, baby was moving away from it. It took the nurse honestly about 4 minutes to get it.
