failed 1 hour
and they won't even let me go for the 3 hour they are just treating me as a diabetic and have to go on a special diet so I geuss there goes my ice cream Oh well this sucks!!!!!

they said that there is no doubt that I have diabetes I was borderline before PG I have to see a nutrienist on monday hopefully they can give me ideas on what to do

sigh... I guess that's why they made you take the test so early?
well, at least you know, and you can monitor it carefully.... what a pain though 
hopefully it will disappear right after  is born!

 I have gestational diabetes too and just got the diagnosis last week (I barely failed the three hour by 2 points).
The diet is a pain but just think of your baby and know it is totally worth it.

That sucks! No ice cream!! Why did they make you take it so early? You are due a month after me and my doc hasn't mentioned it yet.

I have pcos and im insulin resistant plus I was already boarderline before getting pg

So sorry to hear this-- I just got the results of my test. I failed the 1 hour too. I am so sorry they aren't allowing you to take the 3 hour test- At least they know & you dont have to sit through it for nothing. Theres always sugar free alternatives for ice cream
