my grammy's harp pin (wore it in my bo-k on my wedding day)
ering and wedding band
a red screwdriver that belonged to my friend - long story lol but i carry it w/ me everywhere i go - also, a leopard snap bracelet - again, long story but it has to do with my friend who passed away - i have these little things that mean so much
wedding proofs - those are pretty important and treasured - along with our video and other wedding related items that are sentimental
i have a little piggy bank with shamrocks on it that my grammy bought me when i was little - still have it and it is very important to me - along with her china that i inherited and a little irish angel she gave me once

my dogs
and my photos, wedding video, necklace that my mom had made for me (and my sister has one too) that is made from diamond from my grandma's e-ring and a pearl from the 1st ring my dad ever gave my mom.
i think that's it.

My 28 year old dog doll named Fo Fo that I still sleep with every night! That thing is so gross and disease infested but I love him. Dh thinks he is gross

a quilt my grandma made that she used to put on me when i was sick and would stay at her house while my mom and dad were working. she passed away in february, and that quilt just brings back the memories of what a great grandmom she was
an afghan that my other grandmom made me
a hand carved wooden jewelry box that i bought in germany last year

most of them are at my mom's house...
definitely photos... besides the ones of me and DH, we have priceless pics from the late 19th century and early 20th century of my family....
we also have a lot of grandpa's stuff (I remember all of the quilts, lamps, coins, china, and furniture when I was very very young and he was still with us....)
other than that, my engagement and wedding rings, a ring I inherited from my Oma.... and some priceless art my family has collected over the decades.... each with its own story...

My ering and wedding ring
My grandfather's rosary beads, which were in the casket at his wake.
a 5 Euro note, which my German Professor gave to me before I went abroad on a scholarship that he found for me. He changed my life.
My watch,which was bought with money I saved for something for an ex boyfriend; thank god I didn't spend it, the watch is far better!

all the poems and artwork my kids wrote..especially the ones about me
my diamond mama necklace my husband had made for me for Christmas allllllllllll on his own.
a few items from my older childrens younger days
my diamond cocktail ring that belongs to my g-mom
poems and a joke book my sister made about 20 years ago
alllllllllll my halloween decorations..ha

Besides family, and pictures of family, I don't have an attachment to any item. I've never had any "treasured" items. I have things that I like, but I would never be upset if I didn't have them any more.
